Study on Simplified Calculation Method of Horizontal Displacement of Wharf Pile Foundation Under Horizontal Cyclic Load

The upper structure of high piled wharf in coastal soft soil area is loaded by waves or ships, which transferred to the foundation through pile foundation. force small and lasts for a long time, causes strength saturated clay vibration range decrease slowly, weakening effect gradually accumulates, resulting horizontal displacement In this paper, maximum residual are deduced calculated analytical method appropriate simplification, considering stiffness group, plastic deformation cyclic weakening. A simplified calculation under load obtained. Compared with numerical simulation method, results show that theory can better reflect development law pile, then predict long-term pile.
